2017 SUMMER READING PROGRAM: JUNE 5-JULY 30
Join us for our biggest program of the year: Summer Reading for All Ages!
Visit the Summer Reading Headquarters in the Homework Center to pick up logs, check out the prizes, and find out more about a fun-filled summer at the Library!
ADULT PROGRAM: AGES 18 and UP
Complete Reading Goals to earn rewards. Attend special events for adults all summer long and earn opportunity tickets to be eligible for grand prizes at the end of the program.
Download and print the Adult Summer Reading Log and join the fun. (Please note that the Summer Reading Survey will be available Monday, July 3rd.)
Turn in your log after completing at least two activities to our volunteers in the Homework Center on the first floor of the Library to pick up your first prize!
TEEN PROGRAM: AGES 13-18
Complete Reading Goals every two weeks to collect incentives and enter the weekly drawings. Complete all four goals to be eligible for our grand prize drawing!
Attend special events for teens every Thursday all summer long for more chances to win.
Download and print the Teen Summer Reading Log to get started on your first goal!
CHILDREN'S PROGRAM: AGES 0-12
Read 100 minutes each week (on your own, or with an adult), then color in your Reading Log. Visit the Library each week to turn in your log and collect your prize! Download and print the Children's Summer Reading Log and Summer Event Calendar. Bring your log into the Homework Center to join the fun!
Attend special events for Children every Monday at 3:30pm* for more summer fun.
*Children's events require all attendees to have a wristband to enter. You can pick up your wristband at the 2nd street library entrance starting at 2pm on the Monday of each program. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate large groups such as summer camp or day care groups.
