Zip Books is available to Alhambra Library Card Holders.
Thanks to funding from the California State Library, you can request a book that was published at least 1 year ago that the Alhambra Library currently does not own and is available via Amazon to be sent directly to your home. The Zip Books program is available to Alhambra Library Card holders for free and can be requested once per month.
How to see if a title is eligible:
First check our catalog and Amazon to see if the book you are interested in is currently not owned by the Library and available on Amazon and meets the Zip Books program criteria. Next, fill out this request form online, or, if you prefer, you may fill out a paper request form. Paper request forms can also be obtained at the Help Desks.
